Ydiop LLC ("Clipquence," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Clipquence mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

1.1 Information you provide
- Account information: such as a username, email address, and password (or sign-in credentials if you use a third-party login provider).
- Prize payout information: if you win a game, we may ask for information needed to send your prize (such as an email address, payment handle, or mailing address), as described in our Terms of Service.
- Support communications: anything you send us when you contact support@clipquence.com.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Gameplay data: games played, submissions, sequence orders chosen, submission timestamps, and results.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics (e.g. which screens are viewed, how long a session lasts).
- Push notification tokens: a unique device token used to deliver notifications (e.g. "you won!" or "a new game is live").
- Approximate location: we may infer general region (e.g. country) from your IP address for analytics and to comply with regional legal requirements. We do not collect precise GPS location.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the App, including running games, calculating results, and determining winners.
- Send push notifications about game status, results, and important account or policy updates.
- Process and deliver prize payouts to winners.
- Maintain leaderboards and rankings.
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse (for example, multiple accounts used to increase odds of winning).
- Analyze and improve app performance, stability, and features.
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting related to prize payouts where required by law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the App — for example, cloud hosting, push notification delivery, analytics, and payment/prize-delivery processors — under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal and safety authorities where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate fraud or violations of our Terms of Service.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations (particularly records related to prize payouts). You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time — see Section 6 below.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@clipquence.com so we can delete it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account by emailing support@clipquence.com.
- Push notifications: you can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings.
- Regional privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain data uses. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
Clipquence is operated from the United States (Kalamazoo, Michigan). If you access the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party services (such as app stores or payment providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
